The Employee Privilege Program was set up so that our people could enjoy savings when purchasing products that are distributed by businesses within our portfolio.
So how does it work?
Everyone who works for Pacific Brands is issued with an Employee Purchase Card that, when presented at company owned clearance outlets, entitles them to discounts on clothing, footwear and selected sporting goods. Other company products can usually be purchased directly from us.
There's an old adage that says "the most important thing in life is your health" and at Pacific Brands we couldn't agree more. We make no secret about wanting to assist our people and their families in being as healthy as possible. So to make things a little easier, we offer a corporate health plan that delivers discounts on private health insurance with one of the country's best-known insurers.
Of course, the key to a healthy life is a happy balance between work and fun. Whether our people want to stay close to home or visit somewhere a little further afield, they can enjoy discounts on travel and travel insurance, accommodation and car rental.
The benefits of being a Pacific Brands employee don't stop there. We know that the continuing education of our people is an essential part of our ongoing achievement. To help encourage our people to upskill, the Pacific Brands Study Assistance program was developed. It provides employees with financial support while undertaking study that's related to their role and conducted through recognised education institutions such as universities, TAFE and management development programs. And even if our people aren't actively enrolled in the Study Assistance Program, they're still eligible to take up lease and purchasing plans for laptops and electronic diaries via salary sacrifice.
